Founded by Mel Poole in 2017, Virtual Admin Assistance is… well, exactly that!
We’re a network of reliable, quick-thinking, and highly-organised virtual assistants (or VAs), who take charge of those essential ‘behind the scenes’ business tasks for companies large and small.
What tasks do we mean? Here are a few examples: social media management, diary and inbox organisation, client emails, event planning, and travel booking.
In short: business admin tasks you either haven’t got time for, or would simply rather not do.
(If you shuddered at the thought of any of those examples, talk to us and we’ll gladly take them off your ‘to-do’ list).
All businesses are unique. So are their owners.
That’s why we don’t work to fixed packages or rigid ‘hours per month’ schedules. Instead, we work flexibly and purposefully on tasks that are important to you and your business.
Our VAs all offer varied strengths and skill-sets to suit diverse business requirements. Not only has each VA been hand-picked and vetted by Mel herself, but we won’t assign anyone to your business until we know more about your needs and personality.

KALLI ROBINSON
My background is in office-based roles supporting senior leaders, where I developed strong experience in diary & inbox management, travel planning, event organisation and general administrative support. I really enjoy bringing structure to the day-to-day running of a business and helping things feel a little more organised behind the scenes.
Originally from the UK, I spent part of my childhood living in France from the age of seven and attended French school, where I became fluent in French.
Outside of work I love reading and running, although I’m currently recovering from an injury after running a marathon. I’m hoping to get back to it soon and have my sights set on running another one in the future.
